Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Co – founder, Perfint Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Nandu started his career in GE Healthcare and held various responsibilities in Supply Chain, Operations, Six Sigma, Sales and Finance. Nandu was part of the team that helped build a strong Technology, Manufacturing and component sourcing base while also establishing a robust sales and service set-up for GE Healthcare in India. He was lastly the Vice President – Finance for GE Healthcare in India. Nandu is a Certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.
After GE, Nandu had a brief career outside healthcare as Director – Process Excellence at Cognizant Technology Solutions and COO at Ambit Corporate Finance before co-founding Perfint. Nandu has been awarded the Indira Innovation Award and Udyog Rattan Award by Institute of Economic studies and has been a regular speaker on Healthcare, Entrepreneurship and and Innovation at various forums. Nandu is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli.

Director, Sales

Has over 15 years of experience in healthcare and medical industry. One of the founding members, Guruswamy heads the Sales and marketing division in Perfint Healthcare Pvt Ltd. Starting his career in sales with ATL and Wipro GE Medical System, Guruswamy worked as Product Manager, SBU Head and Channel Sales Head for South Asia for Wipro GE. Prior to joining Perfint, Guruswamy worked for Process Excellence at TVS Electronics. Guruswamy received his Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering from College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai.

Director, New product Development/QASR Chief

Pugal has over 15 years experience in Medical Device Industry. He was the Quality leader and six sigma Master black belt in GE Medical systems –South Asia for 4 years with experience in design and development of Medical devices for more than 10 years complying with global medical device regulatory requirements. He has been awarded 2 patents in Ultrasound Medical Device design. After GE, Pugal joined Standard Chartered Bank – Global Operation Center as Sr Vice President and heading the Service and Operational Excellence for close to 4 years.
Pugal has been awarded “Indian achievers Award for Industrial Excellence” in 2009. He holds Master Degree in Design from IIT Bombay and Bachelors from MIT, Anna University, Chennai.

Product Architect

Sekar started as the Product Architect for PIGA CT and now is also responsible for building the ‘Intra-operative Ablation Assistance’ business. Sekar has more than 8 years of experience in design and development of Medical devices for global markets in the areas of Patient monitoring devices, MRI systems and Image guided robotics. Prior to joining the founding team at Perfint, Sekar was Senior Design Engineer at GE Healthcare India. Sekar has 2 pending patents in image guided robotics space. He received his Post graduation in Plastics from Central institute of Plastics engineering technology in Chennai and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Chennai.

Director, Global Sales & service

Bala had held various leadership roles in GE Healthcare both in India & APAC region in his 14 years of career with GE. Till recently, Bala was leading the Strategic initiative of Transformation, responsible for integrating the various P&L’s in Asia Pacific region to a One GE Healthcare Organisation structure.

In 2006, Bala relocated to Singapore to lead the P&L of ASEAN region as Region Director- Clinical Systems. In India, As a Vice President, Bala was leading the Clinical Devices P&L and lead the acquisition of Datex Ohmeda India business into GE Healthcare and turned it around to a profitable business. Bala had also held leadership roles as Gen. Manager, Channel Manager and SBU Head in his tenure with GE Healthcare.

Before joining GE, Bala had a stint with Toshiba Medical for over six years in various management roles from service, product marketing and sales functions.

Bala graduated from National Institute of Technology, Warangal and started his career with Indchem ATL and has been in Healthcare domain for over 24 years.
